Job Title: Accountant

We are a fast growing CPA firm and we are looking for highly motivated accountant candidates who are seeking full-time employment. Our firm offers a variety of services to our clients, including assurance/attestation; tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and other financial services.

Job Duties

Prepare individual and business tax returns; Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, and financial statement preparation; Generating journal entries and any other accruals or adjustments needed for clients; Incorporation services and various business filings.

Filing of sales tax returns and payroll tax returns; Direct communication with clients to gather information for returns and to finalize filings. Engage in tax research and litigation; Analyze financial trends, inventory and cash flow analysis for clients; correspond with IRS, FTB and other tax authorities to resolve tax issues.

Minimum Requirements

Master Degree in Accounting or business administration.
